Santa Monica Fire Damaged This Ceiling

This attic had been converted into a home office. The ceiling fan motor overheated and caused a fire in the roof rafters. The firefighters left behind a mess, though the fire was small and extinguished by the homeowner, there were hints of smoke and heat. We completed the demolition that the first responders initiated and discarded the non-salvageable building materials. We sprayed and antifungal agent after drying out the rafters, primed the charred areas, and then deodorized the entire area including the side storage area.
