Venice Beach Unwanted Water Damage

The water line in the attic sprung a leak while the homeowners were out of town for the weekend. Since we have done work for this couple at their place of business, they immediately called us in to restore order to their water damaged kitchen. We demoed the ceiling material and then used air movers and dehumidifier to extract the remaining moisture from the crawl space. Since their business was booming, they went ahead with a remodel of the water damaged room. We verified that the structure was dry using moisture meters and a thermal hygrometer in parts of the attic. We completed our task by spraying an antifungal agent in all the exposed areas to inhibit the growth of mold.
